You must be able to confirm all four items below to list on Low Tox Stays.

I use fragrance-free cleaning products throughout the property.No synthetic fragrance, parfum, or masking agents. Products containing essential oils are permitted at Tier 1 but not ideal — see our recommended product list for fragrance-free alternatives. There are no synthetic air fresheners, plug-ins, scented candles, or diffusers in the property.This includes essential oil diffusers. Bedding is cotton or natural fibre.Sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers — no synthetic blends. There is no Teflon or non-stick cookware in the kitchen.Stainless steel, cast iron, ceramic, or glass only.

Tier 2 — Complete if applying for Healthful or Sanctuary Stay

Healthful Stay checklist

Tier 2 includes everything in Tier 1. Please confirm the additional items below.

An air purifier is provided in the bedroom or main living space.HEPA preferred. A water filter is available.Bench-top, under-sink, or shower filter. Fragrance-free personal care products are provided, or guests are clearly informed to bring their own. Towels are natural fibre.Cotton or bamboo — no synthetic blends.

Tier 3 — Complete if applying for Sanctuary Stay

Sanctuary Stay checklist

Tier 3 includes everything in Tiers 1 and 2. Please confirm the additional items below.

No black plastics or plastic food storage — glass, stainless steel, or wood only. Whole-home water filtration or high-quality drinking water filter is installed. Mattress is organic or certified natural, or has been fully off-gassed. No synthetic carpet — natural flooring throughout. Router can be switched off at night and I am happy to disclose this to guests.
