HOW IT WORKS
From application to listed in four steps.
The listing form takes about ten minutes. We review every application personally within three business days.
Property basics, your specific product names, and the physical features of your space. About ten minutes.
Every application is personally reviewed. We confirm your tier and may follow up with a question or two. Within three business days.
Once approved and your tier confirmed, you log in and complete your listing: property description, photos, booking contact, and any additional detail you want guests to see.
Your listing appears in the directory with your tier badge and product disclosure. Guests find you and book through your existing system.

We’re launching with a founding host period. Your listing is free until your first enquiry comes through Low Tox Stays, and then free for six months from that date. After that, membership is $99 a year or $9 a month. No commissions, no lock-in
